- This blog seeps from the mind of Bob Hartman… a well-oiled, aging cog who spends his weekdays shuffling papers and working for the man in Dover, Kent County, Delaware. He is a husband, father, son, voter, taxpayer, and a responsible adult who worries earnestly about the future of America. Mr. Hartman served for 20 years in the USAF standing up for what he believed, and that’s a hard habit to break. And, oh yeah,this is not a picture of him.
